1.1 Definition

"Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by us to you (in any form), including but not limited to:

• the design, architecture, functionality, user interface, workflows, algorithms, business logic, data structures, and technical methods of the Portal;
• source code, object code, APIs, database schemas, and underlying technology;
• trade secrets, know-how, processes, and operational methods;
• any derivatives, analyses, or improvements you create based on the Portal (excluding the raw data itself).

1.2 Obligations

You agree:

• Not to disclose Confidential Information to any third party without our prior written consent;
• Not to use Confidential Information except solely for your permitted use of the Portal under this Agreement;
• Not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, or methods of the Portal;
• Not to copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Portal's design, functionality, or methods for any purpose, including building competing services;
• Not to circumvent any technical or functional limitations of the Portal.

1.3 Exclusions

Confidential Information excludes:

• (a) raw data accessed through the Portal;
• (b) information that is publicly available through no fault of yours;
• (c) information you independently developed without reference to the Portal;
• (d) information rightfully received from a third party without restriction.

1.4 Duration

Your obligations survive termination of this Agreement for 5 years from the date of last disclosure.

1.5 Remedies

You acknowledge that breach would cause irreparable harm. We are entitled to injunctive relief without posting bond, plus damages, fees, and costs.
